RECEIVING DELIVERY AND WARRANTY OF YOUR RHEMA GUITAR

Your guitar will be shipped to you via 2nd Day Fed Ex or UPS. If when your package is received you notice (in rare cases) excessive damage to the package, before opening the package take digital photos of the package’s condition and send them via email to Rhema Guitars. In the case you are able to directly interact with the delivery driver during the delivery, have them note on record the damage to the packaging. Once these records are collected, then you may open and further inspect the contents. If further damages are discovered other than the package itself, please also make and email further photographic evidence of such to Rhema Guitars.

If upon receipt of your instrument you are not completely satisfied, you may contact us within 48 hours to express any concerns should you have them. If  during that 48 hour timeline, you are not satisfied with your instrument and wish to return it, a full refund (less the original $500 non refundable deposit) will be made upon the safe return and subsequent resale of the undamaged instrument. The instrument must be in the exact same condition in which it was shipped and received.

Rhema Guitars are covered by a limited warranty to the original purchaser during the working life of the luthier against defective materials or workmanship. Upon notice of any defect, Rhema Guitars will repair or replace, at our option, any defective part or material. Instruments returned for warranty repair must be shipped pre-paid and will be returned COD shipment via Fed Ex or UPS (whichever offers the better rate). Damage incurred by not following the Proper Care Guidelines, misuse, accidents, normal wear, or natural cracking of wood or finishes due to changes in temperature or humidity, is not covered under the warranty. This is the sole warranty of Rhema Guitars and includes the warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. No other written or oral warranty applies.
